Just as horror fans were starting to come down off the surprise high of the breakout hit Exorcism at 1600 Penn, a sequel is officially on the way. And Screen Rant is pleased to offer fans a first exclusive look inside The Exorcism at Buckingham Palace from series creator Hannah Rose May and IDW Dark.

The Exorcism at Buckingham Palace is Unleashing Evil on The Royals

Coming March 2026 From Hannah Rose May, Kelsey Ramsay, Heather Breckel (IDW Dark)

From the first announcement and cover art for its predecessor, the potential was clear: combine the family drama of a new US President with a supernatural haunting inside the White House. The results were predictably unforgettable, so when IDW Dark announced its upcoming slate of sequels to horror hits like Quiet Place and Smile, it was an added bonus to see Exorcism At earn official 'franchise' status with a follow-up of its own.

Arriving in March from series creator Hanna Rose May (who is also penning the forthcoming Smile: For The Camera) and artists Kelsey Ramsay and Heather Breckel, the series is taking on an even older institution. And thanks to the new cover art and official plot details, it's clear this is going to be a particularly horrifying scandal. Even for the Royals.

It’s 5:00 a.m. at 10 Downing Street. The prime minister gets a call that bolts him upright out of bed: The royal family has been lost at sea. Parliament and Buckingham Palace explode with action in the aftermath. Some suspect the prince and his wife, the princess, were attacked. Others whisper their tragedy was the result of a long-standing family curse…

Either way, playboy and recovering addict Theo Belmont is next in line to the throne. Can he step up to the role? Or will he be consumed by his demons?
