Fantasy Football regular season in most leagues heads into the final week before playoffs. Time to make key decisions in hopes of securing a postseason spot. One NFL team that will be in a great spot on defense/special teams is the Cleveland Browns. Yes, they are 3-9 but on the schedule Sunday is the anemic Tennessee Titans offense. There are some games that potential to be high-scoring like the Bengals and Bills. Make sure to do the homework before setting the lineup!

Who to start and who to sit?

Start 'em: Cleveland Browns defense

Myles Garrett comes in with 19 sacks and is in pursuit of the single-season record. One can only imagine how fired up the Browns' great is with a chance to wreck Cam Ward.

Start 'em: Joe Burrow, Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals' quarterback came back with a solid effort in the win over the Ravens. This is an enticing matchup with Josh Allen and the Bills. Look for plenty of passes and a lot of yardage and TD throws.

Start 'em: James Cook, Buffalo Bills

Cook is coming off a massive game against the Steelers and is trying to run down Jonathan Taylor in the rushing race. The Bengals' defense can be had despite showing some improvement in the past couple of weeks.

Start 'em: Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Seattle Seahawks

Coming off a rare quiet game in the win over the Minnesota Vikings, look for Sam Darnold to look for the leader in NFL receiving yardage early and often against the Falcons. Expect more than 100 receiving yards and a trip or two to the end zone.

Start 'em: Terry McLaurin, Washington Commanders

The wideout returned in the loss to the Broncos and was looked for many times -- 14 targets -- by Marcus Mariota. That bodes well heading into the game on Sunday with the Vikings. If one can catch seven passes against Denver's elite secondary, there should be plenty of receptions against Minnesota.

Start 'em: Denver Broncos defense

Don't expect the Broncos to have the same kind of issues they had against the Commanders' offense. Geno Smith is guaranteed for a pick or two. There will be plenty of pressures and sacks against the Raiders' quarterback by the elite Denver defense.

Start 'em: Derrick Henry, Baltimore Ravens

James Cook rushed for 144 yards against the Steelers in Week 13. Henry may not reach that lofty number but he certainly will attain the 100-yard mark and could catch a TD pass or run in for a score.

Start 'em: Baker Mayfield, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield.Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback Baker Mayfield.

Going against the Saints at home should provide Mayfield with plenty of opportunities to find receivers. Mike Evans is on his way back but may not play. That said, Chris Godwin has returned and that gives the quarterback another stellar option. Could see big numbers here.

Start 'em: De'Von Achane, Miami Dolphins

The Jets are starting to get it together. That doesn't mean they are prepared to stop Miami's great running back. He's a must-use in Week 14 and could key a fantasy victory.

Sit 'em: Isiah Pacheco, Kansas City Chiefs

Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco reacts after a play against the Washington Commanders during the fourth quarter.Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco reacts after a play against the Washington Commanders during the fourth quarter.

Kansas City faces a difficult defense in Houston. That means the going will be tough for Patrick Mahomes and everyone else on the Chiefs' offense. Between splitting time with Kareem Hunt and going up against Will Anderson Jr. & Co., this will be slow going.

Sit 'em: Chargers quarterback

Head coach Jim Harbaugh of the Los Angeles Chargers speaks with Justin Herbert #10 and Trey Lance #5.Head coach Jim Harbaugh of the Los Angeles Chargers speaks with Justin Herbert #10 and Trey Lance #5.

Whether it is Justin Herbert, trying to play after surgery on his non-throwing hand, or Trey Lance as the starter, look for the Philadelphia Eagles to make things miserable for the Bolts' QBs on Sunday night. The Eagles need to get right and the defense has to lead the way at SoFi. Lance would be an easy sit but Herbert days after surgery also is not a great playing option.

Sit 'em: Ashton Jeanty, Las Vegas Raiders

The Raiders are challenged by just about every team in the league. Now, they go against Denver. Jeanty has shown major promise in his rookie season on a terrible team. That said, this is a tough matchup for any running back. Look for Broncos to corral and control Jeanty.

Sit 'em: AJ Barner, Seattle Seahawks

Seattle Seahawks tight end AJ Barner runs during the first half against the Tennessee Titans.Seattle Seahawks tight end AJ Barner runs during the first half against the Tennessee Titans.

The tight end is having a big season with Sam Darnold at QB. This matchup doesn't favor him thriving as the Falcons have handled oppositng tight ends nicely in 2025. Can't catch a ton of passes every week.

Sit 'em: Daniel Jones, Indianapolis Colts

Houston Texans defensive tackle Sheldon Rankins brings down Indianapolis Colts quarterback Daniel Jones.Houston Texans defensive tackle Sheldon Rankins brings down Indianapolis Colts quarterback Daniel Jones.

Playing through a fractured fibula may be considered gritty and admirable but it has hampered and dampened Jones in recent weeks. Don't play him against the Jaguars.
