The Cincinnati Bengals are entering their Week 13 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens with a lot on the line. A loss could have the Bengals on the verge of playoff elimination.

Ja'Marr Chase is back from a one-game suspension, and Joe Burrow is back and starting for the Bengals. But, with Tee Higgins out, Mike Gesicki and Andre Iosivas become options that fantasy managers should consider in Week 13.
What should fantasy managers do with Andre Iosivas, Mike Gesicki, amid Tee Higgins missing Week 13
The Bengals offense will be led by Burrow for the first time since Week 2, and with Burrow back under center, the offense will look a bit different.

Iosivas is the Bengals' number two receiver for the second straight week. He finished Week 12 with four receptions for 61 yards on seven targets with Chase out and Higgins playing. Once again, Iosivas is an interesting flex option for fantasy managers in Week 13.
Gesicki is one of the more underrated options for fantasy managers, but for teams in a pinch at tight end, Gesicki might not be the worst option. He caught four of six targets for 35 yards in Week 12, and back in 2024, he had multiple spike weeks.

AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementLast year, Higgins was out Weeks 1 and 2, and Weeks 8, 9, and 10. Gesicki had 4.8 and 16.1 fantasy points in the first two weeks, and later put up 12.3, 27.0, and 7.0 fantasy points while Higgins was out.
It's not the flashiest option, but Gesicki has chemistry with Burrow, has thrived before when Higgins was out, and faces a Ravens defense that allows a decent amount of fantasy points to receivers.
The best part about Gesicki is that he's listed as a tight end, when he frequently lines up as a receiver for the Bengals. He's a risky play, but one that might not be a bad idea in what's shaping up to be a high-scoring Week 13 matchup against the Ravens.
Mitchell Tinsely, Samaje Perine, and Noah Fant shouldn't be in lineups, but Iosivas and Gesicki are viable options in Week 13 for fantasy managers. Burrow is back, and so too could be the Bengals' high-flying offense.
