Streaming services may have started at reasonable prices of $5 to $10, but prices have risen in the last year than anyone could have predicted. Subscribing to just a few of the biggest streaming services in the world, like Netflix, HBO Max, and Disney+, is now well over $50 for one month, and over $100 if you add a few more. Fortunately for consumers, there are bundles available now, and two more platforms are teaming up for another deal. As part of a new Black Friday deal, Hulu has announced that you can add a Starz subscription for only $2.99 a month.

In America, Hulu features many movies and shows that are released straight to Disney+ in other countries. Two of the platform's biggest properties are The Bear and Only Murders in the Building, which have each released several critically acclaimed seasons of TV with more on the way. The latest hit for Hulu is All’s Fair, the legal procedural starring Kim Kardashian and Glenn Close. Despite scathing reviews of the series, which have led to it holding a Rotten 3% from critics on Rotten Tomatoes, it was recently renewed for a second season.

Starz may not have the biggest exclusives in the game, but it does have the immensely popular Outlander series and its offshoot, Outlander: Blood of my Blood. It also features notable blockbusters, such as Ballerina, the John Wick spin-off led by Ana de Armas and starring Keanu Reeves. It even held exclusivity of Mark Wahlberg’s last movie with Mel Gibson, Fight Risk, for months, until it recently began streaming on HBO Max.

How Does the New Hulu and Starz Bundle Work?

Starz is now available to add onto any standard Hulu subscription for only $2.99, as part of Hulu’s new Black Friday deal that will be available until December 1. Starz is originally $10.99 a month, meaning this new add-on/bundle offers 73% savings for an entire year. Hulu subscribers who are subscribed through any variety of Disney+/ESPN bundles can also add the Starz subscription for only $2.99 — it doesn’t have to be added to just a standard Hulu subscription. By combining bundles with Hulu, Disney+, and Starz, subscribers can save nearly $30, which is what it costs to subscribe to each service individually.

Add Starz to your Hulu subscription now for only $2.99 and stay tuned to Collider for more streaming updates.
