Ahead of the Week 13 clash with the Buffalo Bills, the Pittsburgh Steelers have signed former Kansas City Chiefs WR Cornell Powell to their practice squad.

On Tuesday, the Steelers made a few practice squad moves — signing former Arizona Cardinals DL Anthony Goodlow along with the aforementioned Powell, as well as releasing DB Daequan Hardy and LB Mark Robinson.

Selected by the Chiefs with the 181st pick in the fifth round of the 2021 NFL Draft, Powell appeared in just three games for Kansas City. He also recently played for the UFL's DC Defenders, where he caught 29 passes for 418 yards and seven touchdowns in seven games.

Powell, who visited with Pittsburgh a week ago, now joins veteran WR Marquez Valdes-Scantling on the practice squad, Aaron Rodgers' former teammate on the Green Bay Packers and one of the most anticipated additions to the 53-man roster.
