Only three candidates will be chosen for the Hall of Fame, and each candidate needs approval from at least 80 percent of the full selection committee.

Kraft has been an integral part of the Patriots organization for two decades. He purchased the team in 1994, and subsequently, he has turned them into one of the most successful organizations in all of sports.

Belichick was considered one of the greatest coaches in NFL history as the architect behind the Patriots' dynasty. He is the second all-time winningest coach behind Don Shula (347) with 333 NFL victories. He has appeared in nine Super Bowls and won six of them as a head coach. During his run in New England, he also had 19 consecutive winning seasons.

Both Belichick and Kraft deserve to be permanently enshrined in the Hall of Fame. It would be extra special to see them go in together.
