UK-based restructuring and turnaround specialist Leonard Curtis has opened its Thames Valley office at The Blade in Reading, UK with Dane O’Hara to lead as restructuring and insolvency director.
The office opening is aimed at serving clients in the South East.
Dane O’Hara has worked for more than 17 years in restructuring, insolvency, and advisory roles spanning sectors such as financial services, construction and regulated industries.
O’Hara is also claimed to be “one of a small number” of insolvency practitioners with experience in Special Administration.
He has previously assisted clients from accountancy firms, law practices, funding organisations, and business advisory groups in the region.
O’Hara commented: “I am looking forward to expanding Leonard Curtis’s offering in the Thames Valley. Whether working with existing clients who have moved to the area or by developing new relationships.
“I believe there is much that we can bring to the region in increasingly challenging times for business owners in all sectors.”
Cameron Harrison, business development manager based in the area, will support O’Hara as they work together to meet client needs locally.
Thames Valley is now the 30th office within the Leonard Curtis network.
This office serves as a point of access to the wider UK and offshore team, who cover restructuring and insolvency, funding, legal matters, business services, and M&A advisory.
Leonard Curtis London and South East head Alex Cadwallader said: “The Thames Valley has developed into a key business hub in the South so opening an office here is a natural step for us.
“I am confident that Dane, alongside our other directors in this area, will be successful in delivering quality, timely services – in both distress and non-distress circumstances - for local clients and their advisers.”
