The striker was forced off in the second half of Liverpool’s 4-1 Champions League defeat to PSV Eindhoven on Wednesday.

“Of course today was recovery but they don’t expect it will be a big issue,” he said.
“But games come fast so let’s see for the weekend. It shouldn’t have to be a big issue.”
Goalkeeper Alisson is also expected to come back into the squad after missing the game against PSV, while Florian Wirtz could also return.
“Alisson trained again with the team today so we hope and expect him to be available at the weekend,” Slot said.
“Florian will have his final day of rehab tomorrow so if that all goes well he could train with the team on Saturday.”
