The Syracuse Orange put up a big fight against the top-five Houston Cougars on Monday night.

Syracuse did it without leading scorer Donnie Freeman.
Freeman has an apparent foot injury, which was first noticed when a social media photo posted by the team showed Freeman in a walking boot.
Last season, Freeman missed double-digit games with a Jones fracture to the fifth metatarsal in his right foot.
This season, Freeman was out Monday vs. Houston and seems unlikely to play Tuesday against Kansas.
But when will he be back?
