The Wexford County Jail in Michigan told Newsweek that Richard Falor is in custody and was expected to be arraigned Wednesday. His charges have not been announced yet.

The Wexford County Sheriff’s Office this month asked for the public's help in locating Park, who was about 38 weeks pregnant when she went missing on November 4. She was last seen in the Cadillac and Boon Township area.

Falor is a 43-year-old Manton, Michigan, resident. He previously was convicted of multiple criminal sexual conduct offenses, according to the Michigan Sex Offender Registry.
Falor told WWTV in Cadillac that he has been with Park for over two years.
"Even when she’s not around me, she’s always in contact with me," he told the outlet this month.
Falor said that prior to Park’s disappearance, she told her mother, "Hold on. I got somebody to pick me up. This is just something I got to do. I’m sorry."
"A black sedan pulled up, and she got in. Nobody’s heard from her since," he said.
Falor told the outlet that Park did not tell anyone who was picking her up, and the vehicle had tinted windows.
Park’s phone was later found near her last known location.
"Anybody that knows Becca, she doesn’t go anywhere without her phone," Falor told the outlet.
Wexford County Sheriff Trent Taylor announced at a press conference on Tuesday that a body was discovered earlier that day in the Manistee National Forest. He said the body found resembles Park, who went missing. Michigan State Police said the identity of the body cannot be confirmed until an autopsy is performed.
Taylor said the body was found by a group of citizens searching the area. He said the Wexford County Sheriff’s Office, Michigan State Police and Michigan State Police Crime Lab are investigating the scene.
Park is described as 5-foot-2, weighing 140 pounds. Anyone with information was asked to call Wexford Central Dispatch at 231-779-9211 and request to speak to a Wexford County deputy.
