Today's best Sony HT-S100F Black Friday deal in the US
Save 39% (US$61.99)Sony HT-S100F: was US$159.99 now US$98 at AmazonAt a price this low, I simply have to recommend the Sony HT-S100F. I've not tried many sub-$100 soundbars that plate up such clear, expansive sound while also looking this suave. This model is supremely easy to set up, makes use of Sony's virtual surround sound processing, and even bundles a classy remote in the box. Talk about bang for your buck!

Save 29% (£35)Sony HT-SF150: was £119 now £84 at AmazonThis model typically gets a price drop during big sales events, and it's always an easy recommendation for me to make. Yes, the Sony HT-SF150 is one of my favorite sub-£100 soundbars around, thanks to its clear, expansive sound and sleek look. It makes use of Sony's virtual surround sound processing, which whips up a wider soundstage to boost your immersion in on-screen action. You get easy setup and a neat remote bundled too, and you can even connect your phone to it over Bluetooth and blast your favorite tunes.
View DealIn my Sony HT-SF150 review, I heaped praise on the soundbar for its solid audio, which comes through with commendable clarity and width. That's in part thanks to the model's use of Sony's S-Force Front Surround virtual processing, which endeavors to create the impression of a more immersive, layered soundstage.
I wasn't only impressed in the audio department, though. This soundbar also packs in a ton of connectivity options, including: HDMI, which will enable you to use your standard TV remote to adjust volume; Bluetooth, so you can connect your phone to the soundbar to play music and podcasts; and even digital optical if you're all out of HDMI ports, say.
With an easy setup process, genuinely good looks, and decent build quality, there's so much to like about this cheap soundbar. It won't supply that cinematic bass you'll get from pricier models like the Marshall Heston 60 or Sony HT-S2000, but for a cheap Black Friday audio upgrade, it doesn't get much better than this!
