For a limited time, as part of its “why wait until Black Friday?” deals, Marks Electrical is offering free next-day delivery on orders over £400 - a service that has never before been available without a fee, regardless of spend.

Return policy at Marks Electrical

The Marks Electrical returns policy gives you peace of mind that you can return your items, should you change your mind or any issues arise. You can return an item, for any reason, within 14 days, no questions asked. If your product develops a fault, you can return it within 30 days of arrival; after that, the process moves to a warranty claim. Returns are free for faulty items, but standard returns may come with a collection fee.

Extended warranties

Marks Electrical offers two types of warranty. The first is “product protection,” a paid service that provides extra peace of mind, and the second is manufacturer extended warranties, which are free of charge but must be claimed. You can register for these quickly through the warranty portal.

Recycling and installation costs

You can dispose of old appliances responsibly with the Marks Electrical recycling service. For £20, your old machine will be taken away at the same time as delivery of your new one, ensuring it’s recycled in an environmentally friendly way.
