View DealI’ve been using the Oppo Find X9 Pro a fair bit since having the chance to test it on a photography tour of Mexico, and while it offers several upgrades over the non-Pro, it also proves that Oppo isn’t a phone brand you should ignore.
Both Find X9 phones use a version of Android 16 called ColorOS 16. Beyond running smoothly and having an artistic flair (which feels more than a little inspired by Liquid Glass), it boasts some super useful upgrades, including AI mind space for collecting all of your notes and screenshots, the Aqua Dynamics as an alternative to the Now Bar / Dynamic Island, and helpful photo editing tools like portrait glow.
The hardware of the Find X9 should not be ignored either.
The iPhone 17 has a 3,692 mAh battery, the Samsung S25 4,000 mAh. The Oppo phone boasts a 7,025mAh battery, which is a capacity that can actually go the distance to be a true all-day phone. It’s honestly one of the most useful features of this device.
You’ll find the camera setup is pretty solid too, with the trio of 50MP snappers putting in the work to help you take some great shots, while the 12GB of RAM will help the phone deliver solid app performance, especially compared to the iPhone 17, which only boasts 8GB of RAM.
The only major downside is that it is crammed with bloatware after you set it up, but you just have to take a few minutes to delete the apps you don’t need to clean the device up. It’s a frustration, sure, but one that won’t bother you after that initial spring clean.
So if you’re tired of the lackluster upgrades offered by the iPhone 17 or Samsung Galaxy S25, then this Android phone alternative could be the one you need, and that’s especially true with this $100-off Black Friday deal.
