Atletico Madrid boss Diego Simeone has refused to rule out the possibility of taking charge of Inter Milan in the future.
Speaking to Prime via FCInterNews, El Cholo hinted at a potential return to San Siro.

However, the 55-year-old has spent his entire managerial career in Europe at Atletico Madrid.
Indeed, he is one of the longest-serving managers in Europe’s traditional top-five leagues.
Simeone assumed managerial reins at the Metropolitano Stadium in 2011, turning Los Rojiblancos into a force to be reckoned with.
During his 14-year stint in Madrid, Simeone has won eight major titles, including two La Liga trophies.
Furthermore, he helped Atletico reach two Champions League finals, only to lose both to arch-rivals Real Madrid.

With only two wins from the opening four Champions League outings, Atletico’s hopes of securing a top-eight finish are hanging by a thread.
Therefore, Simeone will put his love for Inter aside.

“However, it’s normal that a strong team like Inter is one everyone would love to manage.
“I’m very happy at Atletico, but in the course of my career, I imagine it could happen.”
Meanwhile, he expects a ‘tough’ game tonight.
“We have a group that fights together and can decide matches even with players coming off the bench,” Simeone added.
“It will be a tough game. Inter attacks very well and has the personality to play offensive football.
“They’ve done it like this for many years. We’ll have to play the match in a way that allows us to hurt them where we think we can.”

“I don’t think so. They have a more ‘mechanical’ style, and we play differently; we adapt to how the opponent plays.
