Ty Simpson knows what the Iron Bowl means for Alabama football.
"To be part of a game like this and a tradition, it's like no other," Simpson said of the Alabama-Auburn rivalry. "So I'm very blessed to be a part of it."

Alabama has not lost the Iron Bowl against Auburn since 2019 when the Crimson Tide fell 48-45 against the Tigers at Jordan-Hare Stadium.
Since 2019, Alabama has beaten Auburn five straight times, including twice at Jordan-Hare Stadium, both of which were decided by three points or less, the latest of which was the Crimson Tide's fourth-and-31 "Gravedigger" win.

Alabama has the overall series advantage over Auburn.
The Crimson Tide has won 51 of 89 total meetings against the Tigers in an annual series that started in 1948. The first meeting between Alabama and Auburn came in 1892.
