Alimentation Couche-Tard ATD 4.91%increase; green up pointing triangle logged higher profit in its latest quarter helped by same-store merchandise sales growth across each of its geographic regions.

The Canadian convenience-store operator posted net income of $740.6 million, or 79 cents a share, compared to $708.8 million, or 75 cents a share, in the year-ago quarter.
