Lady Vols' basketball player Nya Robertson was named Tennessee Sports Writers Association Women's Basketball Player of the Week.

The senior guard and Fort Worth, Texas native had a record-breaking performance in Tennessee's, 88-35, victory over Coppin State on Sunday at Food City Center.

Robertson scored 32 points, tying her career-high, against the Eagles. She also converted 10-of-16 three-point attempts, breaking Samara Spencer's previous single-game record for made three-point field goals. Spencer set Tennessee's record last season against North Carolina Central.

Robertson is averaging 7.4 points per game with five made three-point attempts. She converted 11-of-19 field goal attempts against Coppin State, helping the Lady Vols improve to 5-1 on the season. Robertson also totaled three rebounds, three steals and one block in 27 minutes against the Eagles.

On Nov. 19 against Middle Tennessee State in Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Robertson recorded nine points, three rebounds and one assist in Tennessee's, 85-41, victory over the Blue Raiders.
