Start time, channel, announcers for Clemson football vs South Carolina

The Clemson Tigers close out the 2025 college football regular season in search of another victory over the rival South Carolina Gamecocks at Williams-Brice Stadium in Columbia.

The Tigers (6-5) finished off the home portion of their schedule with a 45-10 victory over Furman on Saturday, ensuring that Clemson would extend its bowl eligibility streak for another season. Clemson has been to a bowl game every year under Dabo Swinney in his 17 seasons as coach.

Cade Klubnik threw for 159 yards and two touchdown passes to Antonio Williams in the senior quarterback's final game in Death Valley. Klubnik received a loud ovation when he left in the second quarter.

Backup quarterback Chris Denson was electric. He rushed for 106 yards and a touchdown, and completed all four passes for 22 yards. Denson suffered an injury in practice this week, Swinney announced Tuesday.

Unlike Clemson, South Carolina (4-7) won't be going to a bowl game this season. The Gamecocks blasted Coastal Carolina, 51-7, in Week 13, but the win followed a string of five straight losses. South Carolina had dropped seven of eight games following a 2-0 start.

ESPN reveals TV broadcasters for Clemson football vs. South Carolina

Ahead of Clemson-South Carolina, ESPN announced who will have the call of Saturday's game in Columbia. Taylor Zarzour and Matt Stinchcomb will call the action from the broadcast booth at Williams-Brice Stadium. Alyssa Lang will report from the sidelines.

It's the broadcast crew's first time calling a Clemson football game. The duo of Zarzour and Stinchcomb typically call the weekly noon-12:45 p.m. ET game on SEC Network.

Clemson football series history vs South Carolina

Clemson and South Carolina will be meeting for the 122nd time in series history Saturday. The Tigers lead the all-time series, 73-44-4.

Clemson has won the last five meetings against the Gamecocks at Williams-Brice Stadium dating back to 2015, but South Carolina has won two of the past three head-to-head matchups overall. The Gamecocks defeated the Tigers, 17-14, in last year's game on Nov. 30 at Memorial Stadium.

Dating back to 2014, Clemson is 8-2 vs. South Carolina in the series' last 10 meetings. Dabo Swinney is 9-7 against the Gamecocks as Tigers head coach.
