The 27-year-old was signed by Saints as an undrafted free agent in 2023, beating out veteran kicker Wil Lutz for the starting position.

York was most recently with the Cincinnati Bengals. He will join kicker Charlie Smyth, who was signed through the NFL’s International Player Pathway Program (IPPP) in 2024, on the Saints practice squad.
