This Black Friday, Crunchyroll has rolled out a new streaming deal that puts all others to shame. While the streaming service's annual Mega Plan already offers a discount compared to it's monthly plan, Crunchyroll is offering another $20 off on it's annual subscription.
With this limited-time deal, subscribers can unlock unlimited, ad-free viewing on the site for up to four devices. On top of that, the subscription will allow fans to stack a 40% membership discount on top of all existing Black Friday deals on the Crunchyroll Store.
Crunchyroll Rolls Out Rare Black Friday Deal For Annual Mega Fan Subscription

On Friday, November 21, Crunchyroll rolled out its Black Friday 2025 deal. Typically, a Mega Fan subscription costs $11.99/month, which adds up to $143.88/year. In comparison, the annual Mega Fan subscription costs $119.99/year, which offers somewhere around a 17% discount over the monthly cost.
Crunchyroll's Black Friday deal offers an additional $20 discount over the $119.99/year annual plan, increasing the overall savings to somewhere around 30% compared to the monthly plan.
While a $20 off on a $119.99 subscription isn't exactly the most shocking deal, considering how Crunchyroll have rarely dropped their subscription prices, this Black Friday offer might be the best deal the streaming service might have to offer.
That said, this Black Friday 2025 discount won't be available for long as it is a limited-time deal. Starting from November 21, the discount is set to be available until midnight on Cyber Monday, i.e., December 1.
While the $20 discount itself may be enough incentive for fans to grab the deal, fans should note that the subscription will also allow them to stack a 40% membership discount on top of any existing Black Friday deals in the Crunchyroll Store.
As such, if fans get their hands on the subscription before the Black Friday deals are over, they could apply an additional discount on the purchase of their favorite anime DVDs, figures, and merchandise.
Prime Video is Offering Discount on Crunchyroll's Monthly Subscriptions

While Crunchyroll's Black Friday deal on its Annual Mega Fan Subscription does look enticing, not everyone would want to purchase the plan.
For those fans who are adamant on purchasing the monthly subscription, they have another discount option if they are a Prime Member. With Amazon's Black Friday deals having gone live, the streaming platform is offering great deals on Prime Video Channel Add-Ons. That said, the deal only offers 50% off on Crunchyroll to those aged 18 to 24.
Otherwise, if you already have a Prime membership, you can purchase two months of Crunchyroll for just $2.99/month over your existing Prime subscription. It is to be noted that the subscription would revert to $11.99/month after those two months. So, make sure to grab your Crunchyroll Black Friday deal as soon as possible.
