It all comes down to Week 14. With the Sooners' three-game winning streak over top 25 teams, Oklahoma is on the verge of making its case for the College Football Playoff. The Sooners will welcome the LSU Tigers (7-4, SEC 3-4) to town this weekend for an afternoon kickoff.
Oklahoma is 1-3 all-time against the Tigers, but hasn't beaten the Bayou Bengals since the 1949 Sugar Bowl. Last year, the two sides played a close first quarter before the Tigers pulled away for the blowout win in Baton Rouge. But these are two different teams heading in two different directions, and this time, the Sooners will play host.

Oklahoma is One Win Away
Taking care of business. That's been the theme for the Oklahoma Sooners since their loss to Ole Miss put their backs against the wall. They've responded with three straight wins to stay in the College Football Playoff discussion.

They do that and they'll have a strong case for inclusion in the College Football Playoff. And with their defense, they'll have a chance to make a lot of noise once they get there.
