Of note, the Colts held a walkthrough on Wednesday, not an official practice, so this injury report is an estimation of what each player's practice status would have been on a normal day.

Downs played 31 snaps in Sunday's loss to Houston. For what it's worth, that's been around his normal game day workload throughout the season.
On the year, Downs has caught 40-of-58 passes for 370 yards with three touchdowns. Of his 40 receptions, 25 have gone for a first down, per PFF.
Downs will enter this week's game third on the team in receptions and fourth in yards.
When it comes to Downs' availability for Sunday's game, we will have to see how the rest of the week unfolds for him to get a better idea.
