Louisville made Miles a priority in this class, and he felt the love from the staff and committed after a few months of parsing through his finalists. Miles is a tight end in a wide receiver’s frame, and his high school used him in different ways to maximize his skills. At 6-6/210, there is some potential for him to be a receiver in college, but I could see the staff utilizing him in the role Jaleel Skinner currently plays. He can line up in the slot or at the end of the line, with his size being used to create mismatches.

Even if he were to play receiver for the Cards, his frame and his ability to run and cut would blend well with his great size. Ten pounds on a frame like his is a game-changer for his overall potential for the Cards. That type of weight gain would allow him to handle blocking assignments as a tight end, but it would make him a great target for the type of constested throws on the outside that are now key aspects of passing offenses. Miles could be the prospect in this class with the highest ceiling.
