Marvel throws shade at one of the rarest superpowers as Deadpool mocks an Avenger and an X-Man. The Marvel multiverse is full of heroes, anti-heroes, and villains who possess a wide array of superpowers and abilities. The most common of them are super strength, durability, enhanced senses, enhanced agility, and some degree of super speed.
Some of the rarest superpowers in the Marvel Multiverse are so specific that only one or a handful of characters possess them. For instance, the Ghost Riders wield the Penance Stare, Forget-Me-Not continuously erases himself from everyone’s memory the moment they look away, and MODOK fires "telekinetic nostril beams". Other powers are less rare, but they could be either too powerful or too niche.

Due to the X-Virus, Wade Wilson transforms into the zombified Undeadpool, who preys on a new generation of mutants and mocks their powers as he feasts on them.
Deadpool Describes Phasing As The Worst Superpower In The Marvel Universe

Fantastica and Fearless talk while Deadpool throws a jab at Marvel phasers in Undeadpool #1
After eating the electricity-casting Magni and the nature-manipulating Kid Man-Thing, Undeadpool stalks the telepathic hero Fearless and the super-flexible hero Fantastica. With two of the four Fantastic Four-like mutant heroes down, Wade Wilson takes his time to comment on the young heroes. Undeadpool jokes that Fantastica's super-stretching powers aren't "the coolest set, but it's better than, I dunno... phasing. Losers phase."
Undeadpool isn't exactly in his best frame of mind, and he might be discrediting phasers out of frustration about his unlucky X-Virus mutation and the fact that he lost his teleportation belt. Some of Marvel's most notable phasing characters include Kitty Pryde, Cloak, Vision, and Spectrum. Not exactly the most powerful or iconic of Marvel's heroes, but certainly not weak or ridiculous by any means.
Phasing Is Such An OP Ability That The MCU Has Nerfed It
Vision Has Barely Used His Phasing Powers In The MCU
Vision’s ability to phase through solid matter is one of the most broken powers in the MCU, but Marvel Studios has limited it to avoid making him unbeatable. In Avengers: Age of Ultron, Vision effortlessly tears Ultron sentries apart by phasing through them. During Captain America: Civil War's airport battle, Vision casually phases through Giant-Man, but only to avoid confronting him.
The MCU quickly removed Vision’s most overpowered advantage the moment it became too obvious to use. Corvus Glaive’s ambush in Avengers: Infinity War instantly disables Vision’s abilities. Then, Thanos kills him, and Vision hasn't used his phasing powers since. The problem is obvious: if Vision fought seriously while intangible, he would be literally untouchable.
In the comics, phasing is recognized as a particularly useful and even lethal ability. Kitty Pryde's intangibility allows her to cross almost any wall or barrier, but she can also trap her enemies, or even fuse their body parts in horrifying ways. Undeadpool's "loser" comments may refer to the fact that phasing carries the connotation of escape or pacifism, but intangibility can be a top-tier superpower if used correctly.
