Deni Avdija isn't exactly a household name.

But lately, Avdija is on a run like none other in NBA history.
He has put up stats in his first 20 games of the season that have never been done before in the league.

OptaStats shared the criteria of what Avdija has hit that no one else ever has through their first 20 games:

141 rebounds
115 assists
51 made 3-pointers
14 blocks
Avdija has grown a lot as a player since entering the league into a guy who is a threat to get a triple-double and can also make shots from the outside.

He's one of many talented players in Portland, which continues to try to find its identity but knows it has a guy it can count on with Avdija.
Portland lost on Tuesday night to Toronto, 121-118.
Avdija had another strong night, going for 25 points, eight rebounds and 14 assists in defeat.
If he keeps playing like that, Portland will find its way to wins. He's on quite the surge.
