The Ole Miss-Lane Kiffin saga may finally be nearing its end after Saturday's Egg Bowl at Mississippi State.
With Kiffin expected to decide his future after Saturday's rivalry game, ESPN college football personality Paul Finebaum has given his thoughts on where this is likely going.

LANE KIFFIN: The villain, not the victim, in coaching carousel circus
"He didn't say, 'I definitely will be here and coach my team in the College Football Playoffs;' that is not difficult," FInebaum told Mike Greenberg on Get Up on Tuesday morning. "You can ask almost any coach who is in the College Football Playoff poll right now, and they will give you that answer. Kiffin nuanced it, which means one thing: he is likely to leave."
If Finebaum is correct, either LSU or Florida fans are likely about to get some big news coming their way this weekend.
Kiffin said this week he hasn't ever considered not finishing out the season, but at which point in the season he's referring to remains the problem. The regular season ends this weekend for Ole Miss, and he would be able to say he stuck around "until the end" if he left after Saturday.
