In an intra-company tie-up, NBCUniversal’s new stand-alone NBC Sports Network is now available on select Comcast Xfinity TV cable packages.

NBCSN is a 24-hour linear network featuring live games and sports content from the NBA and WNBA, English Premier League soccer, college basketball, golf and more — and, beginning in 2026, Major League Baseball games, including select postseason games. The revived NBC Sports Network first hit YouTube TV earlier this month.

The sports network is available on Xfinity’s Popular TV package and the platform’s Sports & News TV bundle. NBCSN is stocked with programming that has previously been available only on NBCU’s Peacock streaming service; some events will remain exclusively on Peacock, including a special NFL Week 17 game (on Saturday, Dec. 27) and a tranche of Olympics coverage.

The new NBC Sports Network includes: Monday Night NBA games and NBA playoff games; Premier League soccer matches; “Gold Zone,” hosted by Scott Hanson (daily whip-around coverage for Milan Cortina Olympic Winter Games in February 2026); WNBA regular-season and playoff games; Big Ten and Notre Dame football; Big Ten, Big East and Big 12 men’s and women’s basketball; golf majors, including select coverage of the U.S. Open and the Open Championship; cycling (including Tour de France, Tour de France Femmes and Vuelta a España); Kentucky Derby and Kentucky Oaks undercard horse races; and Olympic sports like figure skating, skiing and snowboarding, gymnastics, swimming, and track and field.

NBCSN also features studio shows including ”PFT Live,” ”The Dan Patrick Show,” ”The Dan Le Batard Show” and ”Fantasy Football Happy Hour” with Matthew Berry.

NBCSN first started as a small sports network called Outdoor Life Network launched in 1995, before its name was changed to Versus; in 2012, it was rechristened NBC Sports Network. NBCU shut the property down at the end of 2021, shifting some of the sports programming to USA and Peacock.
