No, the Bucks haven't fired Doc Rivers.
The rumor began from the popular parody account NBA Centel, which posted this:

The Bucks are just 9-13 and sitting in the No. 11 spot in the Eastern Conference. That's not good enough.
Milwaukee can't afford to stumble too much longer. There's worry about Giannis Antetokounmpo eventually requesting a trade if things don't get better.
