After rewatching the latest game, let's highlight the good, the bad, and the ugly from the Jaguars' Week 13 performance.

The good from the Jaguars' win vs. the Titans

Trevor Lawrence and the passing game: Lawrence finished the game 16-of-27 passes for 229 yards with two touchdowns. He took care of the football and was effective pushing the ball downfield, averaging 8.5 yards per pass attempt. Lawrence also found a lot of success attacking the middle of the field.

A dominant day for the defense: Titans' quarterback Cam Ward threw for just 141 yards. Tennessee was a combined 3-for-16 on third and fourth downs, while totaling 188 yards of offense at 3.4 yards per play.

Complementary football: Following the Titans' field goal on their first possession, the Jaguars' offense responded with a touchdown. On the ensuing kickoff, the special teams unit forced a fumble, and the Jacksonville offense turned that into a touchdown a few plays later. Very quickly, the Jaguars went from being down 3-0 to up 15-3. The Jaguars' defense then closed out the half with three three-and-outs and a turnover on downs. Cam Little then hit a field goal to make it 18-3 at halftime.

Jakobi Meyers: Meyers continues to make a big impact on this Jaguars' offense. He caught all six passes thrown his way for 90 yards, with a long of 50 yards, and a touchdown.

Third down offense: Jacksonville's offense converted only 3-of-13 third down attempts. This, in part, was likely a product of the struggles in the run game. The Jaguars averaged only 2.8 yards per rush as an offense, which meant often playing from behind the sticks in long down-and-distance situations.

Penalties: Even for the Jaguars, who entered this game as one of the most heavily penalized teams in football, there were way too many penalties in this game. Jacksonville was penalized 13 times, totaling 98 yards. They were able to overcome that against the Titans, but those penalty-heavy performances can be the reason a team loses a game.
