The original playoff seeds held true in Division 4 as No. 1 Scituate High will tangle with No. 2 Tewksbury Memorial for the state championship.
Repeating a title run is never easy, but the Sailors (10-2) will try to accomplish it Saturday, Dec. 6 at Gillette Stadium (12:45 p.m. kickoff).

Tewksbury is also not unfamiliar with playing in big games. After being knocked out in the first round of the new playoff format in 2021 and 2022, they advanced to the Final Four in Division 4 in 2023 and 2024.
The Redmen come into the game with a perfect 12-0 record after getting touchdowns from Jake Burns and Emeka Olu on Thanksgiving morning in a 16-0 win over Wilmington High.
Seven other state champions will be crowned throughout the weekend. Two games are scheduled for Thursday and Friday before a grand finale with four games on Saturday.
