During the Denver Broncos' bye week, quarterback Bo Nix spoke to sports media personality Pat McAfee about how the season has progressed thus far. Denver now sits at 9-2 coming out of their much-needed bye week, before going into the most crucial stretch of the year.
Nix began by talking about the Broncos' defense, which has been a crack unit thus far. "It definitely starts with the defense," said Nix. "In this league, you gotta be able to stop people, and it comes down to the end so many times to where we just feel comfortable with our defense that they're going to go out there and get a stop, no matter what happens... A lot of erasers on that defense."

"Offensively, at times we've been great this year, at times, we've struggled, but I think when it matters most, we can go down there and finish out the game," Nix said. "It's not always an easy four quarters; everybody acts like we're great in the fourth quarter, but I think we're great at finishing the football game."
