Ryan Silverfield is officially the head coach of Arkansas football.
Silverfield woke up on Nov. 30 as Memphis' coach, but he accepted the same job at Arkansas in the morning and flew to Fayetteville later in the day. He addressed the Arkansas team in a video posted on Hogs Plus.

The site posted more than five minutes of his introduction to the team, where he laid out what he envisions, and he made it clear that he expects to compete for championships at Arkansas. He addressed Memphis by saying he'd just left a "team meeting at noon," which was with the Tigers before he flew to Fayetteville.
"We are going to take this place to new heights," he said. "It's going to take as many of you guys to truly want to be here. And I know what happens, guys. I just left a team meeting at noon. A place I poured my heart and soul into. And I'm going to give you every single thing I have."
Arkansas went 2-10 in 2025, including a 32-31 loss at Memphis.

He ended the speech by saying he's not big on mantras but will bring his "ALL IN" mantra from Memphis to Arkansas. While with the Tigers, Silverfield repeatedly talked about what it meant to be "ALL IN."
And he finished the meeting by repeating something Memphis fans have seen many times throughout the years. In the tunnel before games, Silverfield yells "Eyes up!" and the team responds "All in!"
So, naturally, his first meeting with the Razorbacks ended the same way.
