The North Carolina Tar Heels ended their season with a loss on Saturday night in Raleigh, completing a disappointing first year for Bill Belichick. It was a struggle for the Tar Heels who went 4-8 overall and had just two conference wins.
Now, the focus for the program is on the future and what the roster will look like. UNC is expected to be very active in the transfer portal once again but that also includes some departures. Among the names to potentially watch is wide receiver Jordan Shipp, who was the Tar Heels' most reliable target.

Shipp finished the season with 52 receptions for 581 yards and five touchdowns. He had eight catches for 92 yards and a touchdown in the season finale against NC State.
Now, things can always change, as we've learned with the portal. But UNC's priority moving forward should be to keep Shipp around, as he is their top pass catcher.
