Week 13 of the 2025 NFL season rolls on with a Sunday afternoon showdown featuring the San Francisco 49ers visiting the Cleveland Browns at 1 p.m. ET on CBS.

The 49ers managed to grind out an ugly 20-9 victory over the Panthers last Monday and maintained their positioning in the NFC playoff picture with the win. Wide receiver Ricky Pearsall didn’t contribute much towards that winning effort as he still tries to get into a rhythm late in the season.

Below, we’ll go over Pearsall’s outlook in fantasy football for Week 13.

Fantasy Football analysis: 49ers WR Ricky Pearsall

Pearsall caught just two of four targets for six yards in last Monday’s win over the Panthers, also chipping in a single rush for two yards on the ground. The second-year receiver has now suited up twice since returning from a knee injury earlier this month and has not been a factor despite being on the field for 75% of the offensive snaps in both contests.

This lack of production has certainly been a disappointment for fantasy managers who waited nearly two months for him to return to action, especially considering that he was a top-25 fantasy wideout in all scoring formats through the first four weeks of the season. Sports Illustrated’s Parkey Hurley laid out the reasons why you shouldn’t panic about Pearsall just yet and it may just be a case of him needing a few weeks to get back into the swing of things.

Sit. Pearsall managers, take a beat and keep him on the bench today, especially considering that they are going up against a Browns pass defense that has been one of the best in the league this year.. As mentioned before, it may take him a few weeks to get back into a rhythm and he may end up being a piece that could help you in the fantasy playoffs. For now though, look elsewhere.
