Week 13 of the 2025 NFL season rolls on with a major AFC South showdown this afternoon featuring the Houston Texans visiting the Indianapolis Colts at 1 p.m. ET on CBS.

The Texans have climbed back into the AFC playoff hunt with three straight victories, taking out the Bills in a 23-19 victory last Thursday night. Wide receiver Christian Kirk played a big role in the win as he had his most productive outing in nearly two months.

Below, we’ll go over Kirk’s outlook in fantasy football for Week 13.

Fantasy Football analysis: Texans WR Christian Kirk

Kirk had a season-high in receptions during last week’s win over the Bills, catching five targets for 54 yards and a second-quarter touchdown that marked his first trip to the end zone of the year. After back-to-back games of having just a single reception, the veteran finished the week as a top-15 fantasy receiver in all scoring formats for the first time this season.

Kirk has been a decent hand for Houston’s offense with an average of three receptions per game and last Thursday’s win was his first real noteworthy effort since returning from a hamstring injury that sidelined him for three weeks. Starting quarterback C.J. Stroud is set to return from a three-week absence of his own this afternoon, so we’ll see if Kirk will be one of his top targets right out the gate.

Sit. Last week’s performance was nice, but Kirk hasn’t been a consistent enough commodity in fantasy this season to warrant starter consideration for this week. However, that could always change, so still keep an eye out for him today.
