The 4-7 Minnesota Vikings travel to play the 8-3 Seahawks in Seattle as 11.5-point underdogs. At this point we aren’t sure if J.J. McCarthy or Max Brosmer will start, as McCarthy is in concussion protocol, but either way, it doesn’t bode well for the Vikings offense.
Head coach Kevin O’Connell tried to hide McCarthy last week, as he only let him throw 19 times in a game they lost 23-6 to the Packers. Maybe Brosmer could do better than McCarthy, which is why I believe they will give him at least one start here. Either way, the team would love to get Aaron Jones and Jordan Mason going this week.

Fantasy Football analysis: Vikings, RB, Jordan MasonMason had some strong games with Aaron Jones out earlier in the season, but since Jones returned, he’s taken a back seat to the veteran. Over the last three games Mason has seen 16, 9, and 12 snaps and hasn’t gone higher than a 27% snap percentage.
I do expect the Vikings to do their best to run the ball without a starting caliber quarterback behind center, but they are likely going to be forced to throw and Aaron Jones fits the bill more than Mason for that job this week.
