The New York Giants made a minor tweak to their practice squad on Monday, releasing embattled kicker Jude McAtamney.
McAtamney, on a roster exemption via the NFL's International Pathway Program, was in his second year with the Giants out of Rutgers. He replaced the injured Graham Gano in four games earlier this season, but missed three point-after attempts over the course of two weeks.

Replacing McAtamney is tight end Maximilian Mang, a native of Potsdam, Germany, who also carries an international roster exemption, allowing the Giants to keep 17 players on their 16-player practice squad.
The 6-foot-6, 263-pound Mang played his college ball at Syracuse, where he caught nine passes for 60 yards and one touchdown.
Mang was signed by the Indianapolis Colts following the 2025 NFL draft and remained on their practice squad until being released on November 18. He was also selected in the second round (Hamilton Tiger-Cats) of the 2025 CFL Global draft.
