Cameron Merritt, The Taunton Daily GazetteSun, November 30, 2025 at 10:00 AM UTC·3 min readThe bright lights of Gillette Stadium are set for another all-Hockomock clash in the MIAA Division 3 Super Bowl, which will see No. 1 King Philip (11-0, 3-0 Hockomock Kelley-Rex) take on longtime rivals No. 7 North Attleboro (9-2, 4-1 Hockomock Davenport) for a second time this fall, with the Warriors having beaten the Red Rocketeers 21-7 back in Week 2.
This marks KP's eighth overall Super Bowl appearance, as well as its fifth in a row, with the previous four coming in Division 2. The Warriors will be vying for their fourth state title and first since 2023. This is the first time they've faced another Hockomock team for the title.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementAs for North Attleboro, the defending Division 3 champions are making their 13th Super Bowl appearance and are vying for their ninth state title. This is the Rocketeers' third Super Bowl against a Hockomock opponent, having defeated Foxboro in 1988 and Mansfield in 2024. North Attleboro also defeated arch-rivals Attleboro in 1998, but the Blue Bombardiers wouldn't join the Hockomock League until 2010.
Seven other state champions will be crowned throughout the weekend. Two games are scheduled for Thursday, Dec. 4 and Friday, Dec. 5 before a grand finale with four games on Saturday, Dec. 6.

Tale of the tape: The Warriors are undefeated and looked dominant throughout their Division 3 tournament run, taking down No. 16 Chicopee 51-0 in the Round of 16, fellow Hockomock squad No. 12 Mansfield 42-12 in the Elite 8 and No. 12 Malden Catholic 21-13 in the Final 4.
The Rocketeers also looked solid throughout the postseason, beating fellow Hockomock squad No. 10 Milford 21-14 in the Round of 16 before downing No. 2 Barnstable 42-21 down the Cape in the Elite 8 and defeating No. 3 Milton 43-29 in the Final 4. North Attleboro's only losses of the year came against KP in Week 2 (21-14) and Mansfield in Week 8 (24-14).
Tickets for King Philip vs. North Attleboro Super Bowl
Tickets for the MIAA Super Bowls will go on sale, starting at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 25, on Ticketmaster. All tickets must be purchased digitally as none will be sold at the stadium.
