No. 1 Shawsheen Valley Tech and No. 2 Foxborowill square off for the second year in a row at Gillette Stadium as they vie for the state championship.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementLast year, Shawsheen Tech took the victory 14-0, avenging a loss the year prior when Foxboro defeated them in the Final Four. These two teams just can't seem to shake one another each year in the playoffs.
Seven other state championships will take place throughout the weekend. Two games will be played Thursday and Friday evening, and four games are on Saturday, with the first one slotted for 10 a.m.
Shawsheen Valley Tech vs. Foxboro game details
When: Friday, Dec. 5 at 5 p.m.
Where: Gillette Stadium, 1 Patriot Place, Foxborough, MA
How: Shawsheen Tech earned the No. 1 seed following an undefeated season. Since then, they have defeated No. 14 Salem (55-14), No. 8 St. Mary's (28-7) and No. 5 North Reading (22-14) in their playoff run. They will look to defend their title, in which they defeated Foxborough last year to win. The seniors on this team went undefeated at home.
AdvertisementAdvertisementAdvertisementFoxboro entered the tournament 6-2 as the second-seeded team. They defeated No. 15 Norton 41-13 in the first round and followed up with back-to-back shutouts against No. 7 Gloucester (28-0) and No. 6 Archbishop Williams (31-0).
Tickets for Shawsheen Valley Tech vs. Foxboro Super Bowl
Tickets for the MIAA Super Bowls are available for purchase on Ticketmaster. All tickets must be bought digitally as none will be sold at the stadium.
Prices are $20 and include the price of parking and entry into all games on the day the ticket is purchased for (2 for Thursday and Friday, 4 for Saturday). Children under 5 receive free entry.

All eight games will be streamed live. Every game will be streamed on Patriots.com and on the New England Patriots YouTube channel.
All of Friday's games will be televised on WSBK (TV-38).
