WATCH: Jonathan Smith addresses job security, team win over Maryland

Michigan State ended an eight game losing streak on Saturday, defeating Maryland, 38-28. Jonathan Smith spoke to the media following the massive win to end his team's year on a nice note.

Obviously, the elephant in the room, Smith's job security was at the forefront of everyone's minds.

In his post game press conference, the media did not shy away from the questions about his job security, and Smith answered directly. He also made several different comments on why he should be brought back, and some of the bright spots for fans to look forward to with another year of him at the helm.

Other than his job security, Smith addressed the game itself, and how proud of the team he was, including several players that stood out on Saturday night.
