Who is Diego Pavia's brother?

Diego Pavia has two brothers. One is Roel Pavia, who is 26 years old. The other is Javier Pavia, who is 25.

Both Roel and Javier Pavia were arrested on Sept. 1, 2025 and charged with public intoxication for an incident at Vanderbilt's Week 1 game against Charleston Southern, per WSMV4. On Saturday, Javier Pavia was reportedly arrested again for public intoxication at a Vanderbilt game.

Pavia reportedly "had a flag blocking people’s view" at the game, and "refused to take it down" before getting "mouthy with an officer."

The Knoxville News Sentinel's Mike Wilson later confirmed with the Knox County Sheriff’s Office that Pavia had been arrested on a public intoxication charge, and a police report said that Pavia "was repeatedly spoken to by University of Tennessee event staff about blocking the view of others with a flag and told him to remove the flag."

Pavia reportedly argued with the staff at the event, and the officer who filed the arrest report said Pavia "was slurring his speech, unsteady on his feet and appeared drunk."

Javier Pavia previous arrest at Vanderbilt game

Saturday marked the second time that Javier Pavia was reportedly arrested at a Vanderbilt game. He also had an incident at the Commodores' season-opener against Charleston Southern.

According to WSMV4, Vanderbilt University police officers were called about a "belligerent man annoying fans around him and throwing food on others at the game" during Vanderbilt's season-opener on Aug. 30. Officers then found Pavia "intoxicated, staggering, with an odor of an alcoholic beverage on his breath.”

After being asked to leave the stadium, Pavia allegedly resisted, per WSMV4, and continued until he was put into a patrol vehicle. Javier's older brother, Roel, then "confronted the officers" and "pushed one of the officers in the chest in an attempt to stop his brother’s arrest." Both Javier and Roel Pavia were charged with public intoxication and resisting arrest, while Roel faced an additional charge of assaulting an officer, per WSMV4.
