No. 9 Notre Dame raced out to a 28-0 lead against the Stanford Cardinal on the road, and a big part of that is third-string running back Aneyas Williams.
With Heisman Trophy candidate running back Jeremiyah Love out nursing a rib injury, the Fighting Irish turned to backups Jadarian Price and Williams. Williams had a 10-yard run and 25-yard reception on what would end up being an 8-play, 54-yard touchdown drive that took 3:21.
