Stephen Curry isn't playing Saturday night for the Warriors against the Pelicans because he is injured.
Curry has a quad contusion.
He got hurt taking a charge in Golden State's recent game against the Houston Rockets.
Warriors head coach Steve Kerr was relieved it was the quad and not Curry's ankle or knee.

ESPN reported that it'll be about a week missed by Curry, as long as he responds fine too his recovery plan.
In the meantime, the Warriors are navigating things without Steph. They entered Saturday's game with a 10-10 record on the season.
