The Chicago Bears were able to come through with a statement win on the road against the Philadelphia Eagles on Black Friday. With the win, the Bears moved to 9-3 on the season and maintained their lead in the NFC North division race.

After a slow start to the season, Chicago seems to have figured things out. Over its last 10 games, the Bears have won nine of them.

Now, the team is going to prepare for a massive rivalry showdown. In Week 14, Chicago will hit the road for a difficult matchup against the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field. That game will be crucial when it comes to winning the NFC North.

Right now, the Packers hold an 8-3-1 record. With a win next week, Green Bay would take over the lead in the division. On the flip side, the Bears have a chance to extend their lead with a victory.

Ben Johnson, Chicago Bears...

Following their big win over the Eagles on Friday, head coach Ben Johnson spoke out with a subtle warning to the rival Packers.

“These guys should feel pretty good about what they just did,” Johnson said. “It’s hard to go on the road and beat a good team like that, and yet I think they still know we have got to get back to work next week.”

Johnson is making it very clear that Green Bay that Chicago is ready for them. It's a game that could help dictate who comes out on top at the end of the season.

If the season were to end today, both the Bears and Packers would get into the playoffs. Chicago would be the No. 2 seed in the NFC playoff picture. Green Bay, on the other hand, would hold the No. 6 seed.

Both teams are loaded with talent on both sides of the football. As usual, this should be an incredibly entertaining football game between two teams more than capable of making a deep run in the playoffs.

All of that being said, the Bears and Packers are scheduled to kick things off at 4:25 p.m. ET on Sunday, December 7. This is going to be a game talked about a lot this coming week with big things on the line for both squads.
