Game thread: Syracuse Orange (3-8, 1-6) versus Boston College Eagles (1-10, 0-7)

The end of the 2025 season is here for the Syracuse Orange (3-8, 1-6), who will be officially concluding the year at home versus the Boston College Eagles (1-10, 0-7).

It’s been a long and rough fall on both sides. Each team enters with lengthy losing streaks. BC enters the game on Saturday having lost 10 in a row while Syracuse has still not won a game since beating Clemson back in mid-September.

The Orange’s 2025 finale will also see some long-time faces be honored because it is Senior Day. For anyone going in person to see the game at the JMA Wireless Dome, that ceremony will begin at 2:45 p.m. EST. Kick-off is set for 3 p.m., and you can also tune in on The CW.

For Syracuse, RB Yasin Willis is notably missing his second-straight game. Here is the full injury report heading into the 136th all-time meet up for both programs:

And somehow, even though this matchup is against the two worst teams in the conference here, the result could have some significance for which teams end up making the 2025 ACC Championship.
