If turkey and football pair better at your table than cranberry sauce and mashed potatoes, then we have good news for you.

While football is always played on Thanksgiving, the holiday weekend expects to be a big one as the Chicago Bears, Green Bay Packers and Taylor Swift's fiancé are scheduled to play.

There are also NBA and college basketball games on during the holiday weekend.

Here's a primer if you're looking for a big sports game Thanksgiving weekend.

NFL games

Here are National Football League games scheduled on Thanksgiving and Black Friday.

Thanksgiving Day

  • The Green Bay Packers at Detroit Lions will kick off at noon central time. Watch it on FOX or FOX One.

  • The Kansas City Chiefs at the Dallas Cowboys is set for 3:30 p.m. central time Watch it on CBS or Paramount+.

  • The Cincinnati Bengals at the Baltimore Ravens will play at 7:20 p.m. central time. Tune in on NBC or Peacock.

Black Friday

  • The Chicago Bears at the Philadelphia Eagles at 2 p.m. central time. Watch it on Prime Video or NFL+.

College football

Several college games are scheduled for Thanksgiving Day and Black Friday as it is usually rivalry weekend across college football. Here are a few big games to watch for.

Thanksgiving Day

  • The Navy Midshipman at Memphis Tigers will play at 6:30 p.m. central time. Watch it on ESPN.

Black Friday

  • Iowa Hawkeyes at Nebraska Cornhuskers at 11 a.m. central time. Watch it on CBS.

  • Utah Utes at Kansas Jayhawks at 11 a.m. central time.

  • Kent State Golden Flashes at Northern Illinois Huskies at 11 a.m. central time.

  • Georgia Bulldogs at Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets at 2:30 p.m. central time.

  • Indiana Hoosiers at Purdue Boilermakers at 6:30 p.m. central time. Watch it on NBC or Peacock.

  • Texas A&M at Texas University at 6:30 p.m. central time.

Saturday

On Nov. 29, the Fighting Illini are set to square up against the Northwestern Wildcats. Other big games include:
