We’ve seen a lot of great Black Friday streaming deals this year, but Paramount+ is easily one of the best.

But, with discount season drawing to a close, you’ve not got long left to secure one of the best streaming services at this bargain price, definitely don’t hang around if this is one you’ve been considering.

Paramount+ 'Premium' plan: was $12.99 per month now $2.99 at Paramount+Get $10 off the ad-free Paramount+ 'Premium' plan by picking up this limited deal before December 2, which brings the cost down to just $2.99 per month for the first two months rather than the usual $12.99. This Black Friday discount also applies to the $7.99 per month 'Essential' tier that includes ads, saving you $5 on the usual monthly price. Just note, you won't be eligible for a free trial if you sign up for this promotion – but it applies to new and existing subscribers.

As outlined above, the deal in question gets you Paramount+’s Premium tier, which includes Showtime content, for less than three bucks a month for two months, which is a huge discount, especially considering you’ll be looking at $13.99 for the same offering after the platform’s January price rise. Said increase will also see the Essential tier go up by a dollar a month, bringing it to $8.99, while the annual fee will increase by around 50%. Needless to say then, getting two months of the streamer for around the same price as a fancy cup of joe seems like a no brainer.

That all being said, January is also set to see Paramount and its affiliates become the exclusive home of UFC in the US, which, coupled with the recent Skydance merger and a renewed focus on original content, does mean you’re going to be getting plenty of extra content for that higher cost. Although, time your two bargain months tactically – offer ends December 2 – and you’ll be looking at the first month of 2026 being just under $3.

Is Paramount+ worth subscribing to?

But even if you dive straight in now, Paramount+ is very much worth adding to your streaming arsenal. Firstly, there’s a plethora of movies to choose from, including some of 2025’s biggest hits, like The Naked Gun and Smurfs. For action fans, there’s every installment of the Mission: Impossible franchise and the recent Gladiator II, or, for a more family friendly vibe, the Sonic the Hedgehog trilogy. It’s also an embarrassment of riches for horror fans, with Smile and Smile 2 available right now, alongside every installment of the Paranormal Activity series. You can also catch all of the Scream films, meaning you can brush up ready for February’s Scream 7.

On the TV side of things, Paramount+ is the home of the US iteration of Ghosts, which is bothering The Office for the best example of a Stateside take on a hit Brit-com, as well as mystery horror Yellowjackets and Nathan Fielder comedy drama The Curse. Taylor Sheridan fans can catch all the Yellowstone spin-offs, Mayor of Kingstown, Landman, Tulsa King and Lioness, while for Trekkies the streamer is a one-stop shop for pretty much everything Star Trek.

Paramount+’s Black Friday deal would be a fantastic offer anytime, but when you consider things are set to get even pricier in the new year, $2.99 a month for two months is an absolute bargain, so if you’re tempted, be sure to act fast and secure your discount deal before December 2.
