The Michigan Wolverines head into The Game pretty banged up, as several significant contributors remain out while a couple others are being listed as questionable. Ohio State’s star wide receivers are also questionable, but should be able to play in this one.

Here is this week’s injury report.

  • LB Ernest Hausmann

  • S Rod Moore

  • RB Justice Haynes

  • Edge Dominic Nichols

  • TE Hogan Hansen

  • WR C.J. Charleston

Questionable
  • FB Max Bredeson

  • OL Evan Link

The obvious great news here is that running back Jordan Marshall is off the injury report entirely. He will be ready for a full workload today as he takes on his hometown school.

It’s also good that Max Bredeson is even listed in the “questionable” section. He was walking on crutches last week after leaving the Maryland game, and was walking around via a leg scooter earlier this week. If he isn’t able to play, expect to see a lot more of Jalen Hoffman today.

Now let’s get to the bad news — the Wolverines will be without their leading tackler for a second consecutive week, as linebacker Ernest Hausmann is out once again. Jimmy Rolder and Cole Sullivan will be manning the two middle linebacker spots today.

As for the Buckeyes, wide receivers Jeremiah Smith and Carnell Tate are both listed as questionable. Tate has missed the last three games, while Smith missed last week’s game against Rutgers. ESPN’s Pete Thamel reported earlier this morning that both are expected to play.

Kickoff is set for 12:14 p.m. on FOX.
