Bayern Munich will not be forced to sign Chelsea loanee Nicolas Jackson permanently.
The Senegalese striker needed to start/play at least 45 minutes in at least 40 Bundesliga or Champions League games this season for his switch to become permanent. He has currently done so in six games. However, with 23 league games and a maximum of ten Champions League games left in the season, that quota can no longer be filled.

So it seems Uli Hoeneß was right when he said a permanent deal for Jackson was never going to happen.
That said, Jackson is actually not having a bad season in Munich so far. He currently has four goals and one assist in 457 minutes in all competitions. According to Abendzeitung, as captured by @iMiaSanMia, he is likely to start against St. Pauli in the Bundesliga tomorrow. Who he will replace remains to be seen.
