Now is the time to rally behind Xabi. Real Madrid needs a young manager with fresh ideas that will last here and or the foreseeable future. Our club higher-ups need to back him and get him his ideal set of players and yes, move on from some of these current guys we have here.
OUR MIDFIELD
Tchou and Arda are perfect shoe-ins for our midfield. The grey area now is the 3rd man and what his role will be in conjunction to the aforementioned two. If the 3rd man isn’t in sync with Tchou and Arda, and complementing them, we’ll keep having these issues.
ONE-LEGGED PLAYERS
Barring Fede, Tchou and Cama, We seem to have a stock pile of players that are only ever good at one position and have only one leg and fade out tremendously when played out of their fav spot. That needs to change also, as it’ll help the already difficult job of the coach.

Our club needs to SEVERELY ADJUST the “Buy the best players Even if they don’t fit the coach’s plan” Policy. The coach gotta figure that stuff out or he’s fired. James Rodriguez has had to suffer at the hands of that policy when a coach that isn’t a yes man, comes in to the club.
